Seller
These terms govern use of Petee Pet Shop and purchases from Mael Rouault, entrepreneur individuel, registered commercial name PETEEPET, SIREN 880 781 588, SIRET 880 781 588 00053, registered at 118 Rue du Verger, 35260 Cancale, France. Contact: petee.contact@flowctory.com. Petee Pet Shop is the storefront brand.
Products and eligibility
PETEE sells one-time, non-food cat and dog goods for personal use. Product pages identify the exact offered variant, package contents, relevant dimensions, materials supported by evidence, and safety warnings. Reviews and sales evidence are used for selection but are not guarantees. You must be legally capable of entering a purchase contract and provide accurate checkout information.
Prices and payment
Launch prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Checkout shows applicable discounts, shipping, taxes, and known duties before the payment obligation. Shopify and Shopify Payments process checkout and payment; PETEE does not receive full card credentials. Payment capture is manual during the controlled launch.
Order process and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated receipt only confirms submission. PETEE may perform payment, fraud, address, exact-SKU, stock, supplier-route, delivery, tax, and margin checks before acceptance and capture. The contract is accepted when PETEE confirms acceptance or dispatch, as applicable under mandatory law. If an order cannot be accepted or fulfilled after funds were captured, PETEE provides the required cancellation and refund.
Dropshipping and responsibility
Approved third-party suppliers may ship directly to the customer and items may arrive separately. PETEE remains the seller and sole customer-facing contact. No term transfers PETEE's responsibility for conformity, delivery, refunds, privacy, or mandatory consumer rights to a supplier or carrier.
Shipping, returns, and cancellation
The published Shipping policy and Return and refund policy form part of these terms. Never send a return to the registered address, parcel sender, supplier, or carrier without PETEE's order-specific written authorization. Supplier reimbursement never delays a customer remedy.
Product safety
Follow all instructions and warnings. Select goods appropriate to the animal's size, age, health, and behavior; supervise use where stated; inspect products regularly; and stop use if damaged. This does not exclude PETEE's product-safety duties or liability that law does not allow it to exclude.
Website use and intellectual property
Do not use the site for fraud, unauthorized access, malicious code, interference, scraping that impairs service, or unlawful resale. PETEEPET branding, original text, design, and media are protected to the extent provided by law. Third-party marks remain their owners' property.
Liability
PETEE does not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury where exclusion is unlawful, product-safety obligations, statutory conformity, data protection, or any mandatory consumer remedy. Subject to those rules, neither party is responsible for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.
Governing law and disputes
French law governs these terms, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights applicable in the consumer's country. Contact petee.contact@flowctory.com first so PETEE can investigate. The approved French consumer mediator's name, address, and website will be inserted after the mediation convention is signed; checkout remains unavailable until that disclosure is complete. Nothing prevents use of a competent court or another mandatory dispute route.
Changes and severability
The terms in force when an order is placed govern that order. Material changes do not retroactively reduce an existing customer's rights. If one clause is unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue to apply to the extent lawful.
