Terms of sale

Merchant
The seller is Mael Rouault, entrepreneur individuel (micro-entreprise), registered commercial name PETEEPET, SIREN 880 781 588, SIRET 880 781 588 00053, APE 4791A, registered at 118 Rue du Verger, 35260 Cancale, France. Petee Pet Shop is the storefront brand. Contact petee.contact@flowctory.com. TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI.

Scope
These terms apply to consumer purchases of the non-food pet goods offered at Petee Pet Shop. The product page, checkout summary, Terms of service, Shipping policy, Return and refund policy, Privacy policy, Contact information, and Legal notice form part of the pre-contract information.

Product, price, and currency
The exact product variant, essential characteristics, package contents, safety information, unit price, and available delivery route are displayed before purchase. Launch orders are charged in USD. The checkout total states applicable shipping, discounts, taxes, and known duties before the customer confirms an obligation to pay. An obvious pricing or technical error does not require PETEE to accept an order; PETEE will explain and cancel/refund if necessary.

Order and payment
The customer reviews the basket, destination, contact details, delivery estimate, and total before submitting payment. Receipt of an order is not final acceptance. PETEE conducts payment, fraud, address, supplier-stock, exact-route, and price-floor checks. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and captured manually during controlled launch. PETEE provides the required durable order confirmation and invoice after acceptance.

Delivery
Only destinations and exact SKU routes approved at checkout are accepted. The initial active market is the United States with free tracked delivery stated as 5–10 business days at checkout. PETEE remains responsible for customer communication when a supplier ships directly. The Shipping policy governs tracking, split parcels, delays, and border charges.

Withdrawal, returns, and guarantees
The Return and refund policy explains the voluntary baseline and how to exercise eligible statutory withdrawal rights. French and eligible EU consumers retain the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. Mandatory local remedies remain available to other customers. No policy makes a customer wait for supplier reimbursement.

Complaints and mediation
Send complaints to petee.contact@flowctory.com with the order number. PETEE will investigate and normally reply within two business days. The contracted French consumer mediator's name, address, and website will be added before checkout opens. Until that convention is signed and published, the store remains closed to payment.

Law
French law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights applicable in their country. No clause excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
